Yes. Shear Madness is one chair in a private loft, so everything runs by appointment. Text (630) 336-8935 with the day that works and roughly what you want, and you will get a time back, or book a slot yourself on the online calendar.

The shop is open every day except Sunday and Wednesday.
Haircuts start at $40. Beard trims start at $20, gray blend color starts at $45, and a conditioning treatment is $10 added to any service. Prices marked with a plus start there and depend on length and thickness.
Yes. Everyone is welcome in the chair and no kid is too young, first haircuts included.
Yes. There are designated days set aside for clients with sensory sensitivities. Mention it when you book and you will be put on one of those days.
Most of the work here has been men's and masculine cutting since 2010, and that is the specialty. Everyone is welcome in the chair, and Arika is a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
That is normal and it is not a problem. We will talk it through and find the right look together before anything starts.
